The team at Maison Perard invites you to discover our homemade sauces, prepared in our workshop, combining know-how and terroir.
Salicornaise, plain or seasoned with horseradish, will accompany your shellfish and cold fish.
This sauce can be used as a seasoning for your mixed salad.
Mustard with marinated salicorn will surprise you, it will accompany your cold fish as well, as your meats and cold meats.
