Ideal as an aperitif, our rillettes are to be enjoyed with family or friends.
Maison Perard rillettes are cooked in an artisanal way in our workshop in Le Touquet. Fish supplies are as close as possible, direct from Capécure in Boulogne-sur-Mer.
Our recipes are made without colorings and preservatives for authentic and natural flavors.
Our know-how in sterilization allows us to keep the verrines at room temperature, while preserving their taste qualities.
For tasting, we advise you to put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before opening.
Serve with grilled toast, fresh bread, or even on an endive leaf which will bring crunch and freshness to these flavor-rich recipes.
