The salicorn is picked by fishermen on foot, near the Touquet.
We work the Salicorne in our workshop to guarantee a sorting and a quality preparation.

Preparation :
The Salicornian is eaten mainly with shells and fish. Our recipe also goes perfectly with your meats, barbecues, and grills. This smooth sauce can also be served on toast as an aperitif.

Store at room temperature.
After opening: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
