Ingredients : Water, Mussel flesh (Mytilus Edulis): 12.7%, Fish, Juice from mussel flesh (Mytilus Edulis) , Onions, Corn starch, White wine, Cream , Butter , Guérande salt: 0.4% , Parsley, Pepper, Espelette pepper, Bay leaf, Thyme.
Preparation : Shake the jar well before opening. Serve your velouté hot. This velouté can be consumed as an aperitif or as a meal.
Store at room temperature.
After opening: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
