Maison Perard
in Le Touquet since 1964

The story begins during the Second World War, Serge PERARD had the idea of ​​recovering a few pieces of fish from the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer.
A fine cook, he concocted a nourishing fish soup...

In 1964, he opened the first 100% seafood restaurant in Le Touquet.
After improving his Fish Soup recipe, notably by adding pure Saffron, he offered it à la carte.
The success was immediate.

Faced with increasingly strong demand from customers who wanted to be able to take the product to eat at home, he decided to create a cannery. Thus was born the workshop which allowed Mr Perard and his team to create his recipes there. The story was started...

On a daily basis, it is with the greatest respect for the know-how passed down over the years, authentic recipes and family values ​​transmitted by the PERARD family that Anne-Sophie and her team work with passion in the pursuit of this beautiful history, in order to introduce as many people as possible to the quality of our products.
