Ingredients : Rapeseed oil, water, garlic, egg yolks , sweet mustard (water, mustard seeds , vinegar, salt, spice, natural flavors), vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, salt, sugar, chili pepper.

Preparation : Aioli is mainly eaten with shellfish and fish. Our recipe goes perfectly with our fish soups. This creamy sauce can also be served on toast as an aperitif.

Store at room temperature.
After opening: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days
