Guérande Salt with Wild Garlic
Our salt is harvested using artisanal methods and entirely by hand, in the salt marshes of Guérande.
Ingredients : Guérande IGP salt (94%), wild garlic (1.75%), semolina garlic, semolina shallot
Directions for use : To add salt, enhancing the taste of your dishes with finely garlicky flavors.
This salt will accompany your gratins, risottos, soups, polentas and white meats.
Store dry.
Best consumed before the date indicated under the box.
