Ingredients : Rapeseed oil, water, egg yolks , sweet mustard (water, mustard seeds , vinegar, salt, spice, natural flavors), garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, chili pepper, paprika extract, salt, sugar, pepper.

Preparation : Add the rouille directly to the soup and mix, or spread it on croutons before placing them on the plate. This sauce is also suitable to accompany your cold fish, meat and poultry.

Store at room temperature.
After opening: store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.

Ingredients : Green sea urchin coral Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis (Mollusk) 100%. Fished by dragging in the North-East Atlantic (FAO Zone 27-Va Iceland).

Product sterilized at room temperature, in a dry and cool place.
Store in the refrigerator (between 0°C and +4°C) and consume within 48 hours.

Preparation : Aioli is mainly eaten with shellfish and fish. Our recipe goes perfectly with our fish soups. This creamy sauce can also be served on toast as an aperitif.
