Our rust sauce is made in our handcrafted cannery in Touquet.
It is pasteurized and does not contain conservative or coloring.
We offer it in 60g, 190g and 730g format.
Preparation :
Add the rust directly to the soup and mix, or spread it on croutons before arranging them on the plate. This sauce is also suitable to accompany your cold fish, meats and poultry.
Store at room temperature.
After opening: store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.


Sea urchin coral

Iceland's green sea urchin coral.
The Oursin coral is prepared in our workshop according to artisanal know-how.
Sterilized product at room temperature, in a dry and fresh location.
To be kept in the refrigerator (between 0 ° C to + 4 ° C °) and consume within 48 hours.


Aioli

Aïoli is prepared in our workshop according to artisanal know-how.
We offer it in 55g and 190g format.
Preparation :
Aïoli is eaten mainly with shells and fish. Our recipe goes perfectly with our fish soups. This creamy sauce can also be served on toast as an aperitif.
Store at room temperature.
