Our team, made up of passionate women and men, perpetuates the authentic know-how passed down between two families on the Opal Coast.
In strict compliance with the original recipe that has made our House famous, we work every day to offer you a range of quality products.
The Red Label on our fish soups rewards this daily work and underlines the commitments made to our partners, from the fishermen of the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer to the producers of Saffron pistil in Iran, including the pickers of Salicornia from the Bay of Somme.
Attached to the values that have made Maison Perard famous, we wish to perpetuate local know-how and make our range better known to you.
Our Home Ranges
Soups
Since 1964, know-how has been passed down while respecting the authentic recipes of Serge Perard. Find in particular fish soup, crab soup and lobster bisque. New recipes are being developed and will be available to you soon.
The Samphires
Maison Perard offers you its range based on Salicornes, 100% French origin. Discover the Pickled Salicornia Branches, the Pickled Salicornia Mustard as well as the Plain Salicornaise or seasoned with Horseradish.
Our Grocery Range
Discover our Maison Rouille prepared with authentic know-how, the Sea Urchin Coral made in our kitchen. our range of Guérande Salts, selected and packaged at Maison Perard. Croutons are also available to enhance your soups.
